The Maximum FX hair color apprenticeship program is customized to each stylist’s individual needs. Our colorists learn formulation using Aveda’s fully customizable color line. Upon completion, our apprentices feel confident creating everything from rich all over colors and classic highlights to trending creative color. Continued education ensures that our stylists are up to date on the latest trends and techniques.
