I’m the co-owner and lead educator at Maximum FX Salon. I have worked at Maximum FX since 1992. My hobbies included running, tennis, college basketball, walking my dogs Harry and Spencer and hanging out with my cats Apollo and Rocket.
I graduated from Martin High School in Laredo, Texas and attended Baldwin Beauty School in the mid 80’s. I’m educated in Aveda cutting techniques, and have taken classes at Sassoon in California, Tony and Guy, and participated in countless hair and stage shows . I have a strong background in classic cutting. I love using classic shapes as a foundation for my creativity. I love doing men’s hair, pixies, and disconnected pixies. I enjoy all types of bobs and also like upstyling. I’ve done color for 26 years but I have focused on haircutting because it is my passion. The best part about my job is the people and the creativity I get to do every day.
What is my favorite vacation destination?
I loved Italy. I enjoyed the scenery, food, wine and people.
