I don’t have hobbies. When I’m not cutting hair, I think about cutting hair. It’s all I live for. I love being an educator at Maximum FX and sharing my knowledge with our team. I love Asian food, absolutely obsessed. We can talk about restaurants for HOURS. I’m honestly a foodie in general. If I have food, I will always offer to share! It’s my favorite way to bond.
I love taking Aveda Advanced training classes! It ranges from fun styling classes, to perfecting bob haircuts, to mastering clipper cuts, to refining texturizing techniques! The learning never ends, and I hope to take even more classes. I think it’s important to keep up with hair trends and continually elevating my craft. The people that sit in my chair are the best part of my job. I want to be the type of hairstylist that will take the time to listen to exactly what you want and be able to personalize that for you. My super powers include sassy, shaggy, long layered haircuts. Not to mention I can also do a sharp, clean, precise bob haircut. And nail a soft, feminine pixie cut. I can do it all!
What is the best piece of advice you ever received?
“If you try and WIN an argument (with your significant other) then you’ve already lost. The goal isn’t to win, it’s to understand each other.”
